Information we collect and why

We may collect contact and account details; order, payment-status, delivery, return and support records; device and usage data such as IP address, browser and pages viewed; and marketing choices. Payment providers process full card details; we receive transaction information needed to administer the order but do not directly store full card numbers.

We use information to take and fulfil orders, process payments and refunds, provide tracking and support, secure the store, prevent fraud, comply with tax, accounting and legal duties, improve the service, and send advertising only with consent or where otherwise permitted by law.

Required and optional information

Fields identified as required at checkout are needed to enter into and perform the purchase contract. If they are not provided, we may be unable to accept, deliver or support the order. Marketing and non-essential cookie choices are optional and are not required to purchase.

Recipients and processing abroad

Information may be provided, only as needed for the stated purposes, to Shopify, payment and fraud-prevention providers, fulfilment partners, carriers, support and technology providers, analytics and advertising providers selected through your settings, professional advisers, and public authorities where required by law. These providers may process information in Israel and other countries under their own legal duties and our applicable arrangements.

We use essential cookies and, according to your settings and applicable law, preference, analytics and advertising technologies. Use the “Cookie settings” control to change an available choice. We retain records only for the periods needed for the purposes described, legal record-keeping, security, and the establishment or defence of claims, then delete or anonymise them.
