Konsole Pro is operated by Optisor Ltd., an Israeli private limited company (company no. 514672393), with its registered office at 4 Gershon Shatz Street, Tel Aviv–Jaffa 6701738, Israel. Optisor Ltd. is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we use it, when we share it, and the choices available to you when you visit our store, place an order, or contact us. You can contact the controller at oleg@optisor.com or +972 54-811-1859.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the store, we may collect:

  • Contact and account information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing address, and delivery address.
  • Order information, such as the products you purchase, payment status, delivery details, returns, refunds, and customer-support messages.
  • Device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and interactions with the store.
  • Marketing preferences, including whether you have agreed to receive promotional communications.

Payment providers process your full payment-card details. Konsole Pro receives the information needed to confirm and manage the transaction but does not directly store complete card details.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • process payments, fulfill orders, provide tracking, and handle returns or refunds;
  • respond to product, delivery, and support questions;
  • operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the store;
  • detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
  • meet accounting, tax, legal, and regulatory obligations; and
  • send marketing communications where you have consented or where otherwise permitted by law.

Legal bases

Where the EU or UK data-protection rules apply, we rely on the following legal bases:

  • Contract: to take steps requested before a purchase and to process, deliver, support, return, or refund an order.
  • Legal obligation: for tax, accounting, consumer-protection, sanctions, product-safety, and other legal requirements.
  • Legitimate interests: to secure and operate the store, prevent fraud, improve our services, and establish or defend legal claims, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
  • Consent: for non-essential cookies, targeted advertising, and electronic marketing where consent is required. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

How we share information

We share information only as reasonably necessary to operate the store. Recipients may include Shopify, payment providers, fulfillment partners, delivery carriers, customer-support providers, fraud-prevention services, analytics providers, and professional advisers. We may also disclose information where required by law or in connection with a business sale, merger, or restructuring.

Because the merchant is based in Israel, personal information may be processed in Israel. The European Commission recognises Israel as providing an adequate level of protection for covered automated transfers from the EEA. Providers may also process information in other countries. Where an adequacy decision does not apply, we use an approved safeguard such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, together with supplementary measures where required. You may request information about the applicable safeguard by contacting us.

Cookies and similar technologies

The store uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functions and, with your permission where required, preferences, analytics, and marketing. Non-essential categories are disabled unless permitted by your choice or applicable law. Use the “Cookie settings” control in the footer to give, refuse, or withdraw consent. Read our Cookie Policy for more information.

Retention and security

We keep order and transaction records for the period required by applicable tax, accounting, consumer, and limitation laws. Support records are kept while needed to resolve the request and establish or defend claims. Marketing records are kept until you opt out or the information is no longer needed, and consent or suppression records may be retained to demonstrate and respect your choice. Security logs are retained for a proportionate period based on risk. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. Where processing is based on legitimate interests, you may object based on your particular situation. You can unsubscribe from marketing using the link in a marketing message. To submit a privacy request, email oleg@optisor.com or use our Contact page. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

If the GDPR applies, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data-protection supervisory authority in the EEA country where you live, work, or believe an infringement occurred. We encourage you to contact us first so we can address the concern.

Information required to provide the service

Information identified as required during checkout is necessary to enter into and perform the purchase contract. If it is not provided, we may be unable to accept, deliver, or support the order. Optional marketing and non-essential cookie choices are not required to purchase.

Automated processing

Shopify, payment providers, and fraud-prevention providers may automatically assess transactions for fraud and security risk. A high-risk result can cause a transaction to be reviewed, delayed, or refused. Contact us if you want human review of a decision that significantly affects you, where applicable law provides that right.

Children

The store is not directed to children who are not legally able to enter into a purchase contract. Orders should be placed by an adult or with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices, services, or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published on this page with a revised update date.
