Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Konsole Pro online store and purchases made through it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Mandatory consumer rights in your country continue to apply and take priority where these terms conflict with them.

Merchant identity

Your contracting merchant is Optisor Ltd. (אופטיסור בע״מ), an Israeli private limited company (company no. 514672393), trading as Konsole Pro. Using the store

You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase contract in your place of residence, or use the store with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You must not misuse the store, interfere with its security, introduce malicious code, scrape it unlawfully, or use it for an illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Product information

We aim to describe products, included accessories, colors, features, and compatibility accurately. Screen settings and manufacturing updates can cause minor visual differences. Product availability, descriptions, and prices may be corrected or updated when necessary. If a material error affects an order, we may contact you before fulfillment or cancel and refund the affected order.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or begin fulfillment, subject to applicable law. You agree to provide accurate billing, contact, and delivery information and to use a payment method you are authorized to use.

We may refuse or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, pricing or product information is materially incorrect, payment is not authorized, fraud is suspected, or fulfillment would violate law. If payment has been captured for a canceled order, it will be refunded.

Prices and charges

Product prices, delivery charges, taxes, and other unavoidable charges collected by us are shown before you place the order. EU-facing consumer prices include VAT where applicable. Any destination-country import charges not collected by us will be disclosed before purchase as described in our Shipping Policy.

EU consumer rights

If you are an EU or EEA consumer, mandatory pre-contract information, withdrawal, delivery, conformity, legal-guarantee, and unfair-terms protections continue to apply. Our Refund Policy explains the 14-day withdrawal right and minimum two-year legal guarantee.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Processing, delivery, tracking, and customs information is described in our Shipping Policy. Return, replacement, withdrawal, and refund rules are described in our Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The store design, Konsole Pro branding, original text, and other store content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the store for personal shopping purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit store content without permission. Third-party names, marks, and content belong to their respective owners.

Third-party services

The store uses third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, fulfillment providers, and delivery carriers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not operate.

Disclaimers and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by the laws applicable to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future use of the store when our services, operations, or legal obligations change. The version applicable to an order is the version published when that order was placed, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections that apply under the law of your habitual residence. EU consumers may bring proceedings in the courts available under applicable EU and national jurisdiction rules. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue.
