These terms apply to use of the Israel-market Konsole Pro store and purchases made through it. Mandatory Israeli consumer rights prevail over any conflicting term.

Products, orders and price
Product pages and checkout provide the principal characteristics, price, payment terms, delivery charge and estimate, warranty information where applicable, and other material transaction details. Prices shown to Israeli consumers must include VAT and every mandatory charge collected by us, subject to any clearly disclosed lawful exception. An order is accepted when we confirm it or begin fulfilment, subject to law, availability and payment authorisation.
Cancellation, delivery and warranty
The Refund Policy describes Israeli remote-sale cancellation methods, periods, fees, exceptions, defect remedies, and the extended period that may apply to eligible consumers. The Shipping Policy describes processing, delivery, tracking and import charges. Mandatory warranty and after-sales obligations for qualifying electrical and electronic products apply in addition to these terms.
Acceptable use and liability
Do not misuse the store, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, or use it unlawfully. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, remedies, statutory warranties, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Privacy, marketing and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information processing and rights. Marketing by email, SMS or automated communication is sent only where permitted by law and includes an available refusal method. We may update these terms prospectively; the version made available for an order governs that order unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Israeli law. Any forum provision is subject to mandatory rules and does not prevent a consumer from using a court or authority available under applicable law.
