Shipping policy

Konsole Pro uses international fulfilment partners and carriers. Before an Israel-market order is submitted, checkout displays the product price, delivery charge, taxes and other unavoidable charges collected by us, and the applicable delivery estimate.

Processing and delivery

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery to Israel is typically estimated at 15–30 business days after processing unless a different period is shown and accepted at checkout. The checkout estimate for the order controls. Holidays, customs, carrier disruption, remote destinations, weather and seasonal demand may cause delays but do not remove mandatory remedies.

Tracking, split shipments and addresses

Tracking is emailed when available and may take several business days to show its first update. Items in one order may arrive separately. The customer should provide a complete and accurate address and contact us immediately about an error; a change cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipment begins.

Import charges

Checkout identifies charges collected by us. If an order may be subject to an import tax, customs charge or handling fee that is not collected by us, this must be disclosed before purchase. The allocation stated at checkout applies, subject to mandatory law.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

If tracking stalls, the order is late, or a parcel appears lost or arrives damaged, use the Contact page and include the order number. Keep the product and packaging while we investigate. Failure to supply on the agreed date and damaged or non-conforming goods are handled under the Refund Policy and Israeli law.
